Position: Front Office Executive (Female)
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in front office or customer-handling roles
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Handle check-in / check-out procedures smoothly.
Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and room bookings.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
Maintain front desk records, guest registers, and billing details.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Assist in resolving guest complaints politely and efficiently.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel software preferred).
Ability to multitask and handle guests calmly.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Gender Requirement:
Female candidate only (for front office desk role).
Working Hours:
8-10 hours shift (Flexible)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
