We are looking for a polite, presentable, and customer-focused
Front Office Executive
with at least 6 months of experience to manage reception duties, handle visitors, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence (emails/messages).
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle visitor registration, ID cards, gate passes, and maintain visitor logs.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Assist HR/Admin with onboarding, documentation, and office management tasks when required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in front office, receptionist, or customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi/Bengali as required).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work calmly under pressure.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
