We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to manage our reception area, handle client interactions, and support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining efficiency in all front desk activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and professional approach
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly
Maintain front office cleanliness, organization, and supplies
Handle appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and meeting room bookings
Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations
Address inquiries and provide accurate information about services
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Business preferred)
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment handling
Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and customer-first mindset
