Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently using hotel software systems.
Verify guest identification and reservation details accurately.
Reservation & Communication:
Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, promotions, and hotel facilities.
Answer all incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately.
Guest Services & Concierge:
Provide guests with information about local attractions, transport options, and hotel services.
Assist with luggage handling, taxi bookings, wake-up calls, and other guest requests.
Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating to higher management when necessary.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
Maintain accurate records of guest data, payments, and night audits.
Handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or guest relations in a hotel environment.
Proficiency in hotel PMS software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional attitude.
