Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests On site.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cancellations
Ensure all guest records are accurate and confidential
Troubleshoot common issues and escalate when necessary
Promote hotel amenities, services, and upsell when appropriate
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service or front desk experience (hospitality experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using hotel software systems (IDS,OPERA), phone systems, and communication tools
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
