Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Manage billing, payments, and maintain the front desk cash register.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (PMS experience is an added advantage).
Positive attitude, grooming standards, and a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
