Managing room bookings, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records.

Answering Inquiries:

Providing information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and assisting with guest requests.

Handling Complaints:

Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Tasks:

Telephone and Email Management:

Answering calls, taking messages, and responding to guest inquiries through various channels.

Cash Handling:

Managing cash transactions, processing payments, and balancing cash drawers accurately.

Room Assignment:
