Greet guests, visitors, and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (issuing visitor badges, etc.).
Coordinate with other departments as needed to support guest and staff needs.
