We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-friendly
Front Office Associate
to join our laptop service company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for receiving laptops, registering complaints, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries
Create and manage job sheets/service orders
Coordinate between customers and technical team
Make reminder calls for follow-ups, delivery, and updates
Handle billing, receipts, and basic documentation
Maintain a clean and organized front desk
Basic Software Installation, parts replacement if possible
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English/Tamil)
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, printing)
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; Diploma, Graduation preferred
Experience in customer service/reception is a plus.
