Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain guest confidentiality and security at all times.
Front Desk Operations
Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready on time.
Maintain records and update the PMS (Property Management System) efficiently.
Handle cash, credit, and billing transactions following company policies.
Communication & Coordination
Communicate guest preferences and feedback to relevant departments.
Assist in handling group check-ins and VIP arrivals.
Support the Front Office team in achieving guest satisfaction and performance targets.
Grooming & Conduct
Uphold grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations (Freshers with hospitality internships are welcome).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., IDS, Opera, etc.) preferred.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
