Handle check-in/check-out efficiently while maintaining accuracy and discretion.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering tailored services (transportation, meeting facilities, dining options, local experiences).
Manage VIP arrivals/departures with special attention to protocol and courtesy.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and diplomatically, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless communication across departments (housekeeping, F&B, concierge, and security).
Maintain close coordination with the concierge for travel, tours, and transportation arrangements.
Communicate effectively with management about recurring guest requirements, preferences, or issues.
Operational Excellence
Accurately manage reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures in the PMS (Property Management System).
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to check-in/check-out protocols, including international guest requirements.
Handle calls, emails, and guest queries promptly with professionalism and clarity.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security standards.
Professionalism & Discretion
Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with senior executives and expatriate guests.
Display cultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to an international clientele.
Adhere to grooming standards and maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
Upselling & Revenue Contribution
Promote hotel services (restaurants, spa, banquets, transportation, memberships) with a subtle and guest-focused approach.
Assist in achieving front office sales targets through room upgrades, late check-out fees, and other services.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate guest records and prepare reports for management.
Monitor guest feedback and contribute suggestions for service improvements.
Support in training new associates and maintaining team performance standards.
