Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, calls, and special requests politely and efficiently.
Provide information about property facilities, local attractions, transport, and services.
Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate to seniors if required.
Collect guest feedback and encourage online reviews.
Front Office Operations
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest records using hotel software (Ezee Absolute).
Ensure guest registration forms are accurately filled, signed, and stored.
Maintain proper records of payments, bills, and receipts.
Assist with daily occupancy updates and share reports with seniors.
Maintain key control and ensure security procedures are followed.
Check-In & Check-Out
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and kitchen for room readiness.
Assist in luggage handling and welcome drink service during arrival.
Verify guest ID, collect payments, and update details in the system.
Settle bills, reconcile charges (rooms, F&B, activities), and process payments at checkout.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Security) for smooth guest service.
Update arrival/departure status and special requests in daily briefings.
Assist in handling walk-in guests and promote upselling of hotel services.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Assist senior staff in training new team members.
Support in emergencies by following hotel safety and first aid procedures.
Take up additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (freshers may also apply).
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and hotel software.
Professional grooming, polite behavior, and a guest-oriented mindset.
Working Conditions
Requires flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Combination of desk work and guest interaction.
May involve extended hours based on operational needs.
