1. Guest Handling Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback professionally.
2. Reservations Manage room bookings and cancellations through PMS (Property Management System). Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status.
3. Guest Service Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport. Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all times.
4. Communication & Coordination Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for guest needs.
5. Billing & Cashiering Prepare guest bills and process payments accurately. Maintain records of cash and credit transactions.
6. Record Keeping Maintain guest registration forms and daily reports. Ensure accuracy of data entry in the system.
