Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests.
Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
Handle VIP and corporate guest arrivals and coordinate with other departments for special arrangements.
Maintain an updated knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
Reservations & Room Management
Manage room allocations and coordinate with housekeeping for readiness.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Liaise with the sales and reservations team regarding corporate bookings and group check-ins.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest preferences.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Manage guest complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Duty Manager when required.
Billing & Cashiering
Process billing, payments, and foreign currency transactions accurately.
Ensure corporate billing instructions and agreements are followed.
Maintain proper records and ensure transparency in all financial transactions.
Corporate Guest Handling
Ensure fast, discreet, and professional service for business travelers.
Manage conference room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements if required.
Maintain relationships with key corporate clients and travel desk representatives.
Standards & Grooming
Adhere to hotel grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Uphold brand standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
