Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Warmly greet, register, and assign rooms; handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

Check-in/Check-out:

Process guest registration, collect information, verify payment methods, issue keys, and present final bills.

Reservations:

Manage online, phone, and walk-in bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

Communication Hub:

Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, and relay guest needs to relevant departments (housekeeping, maintenance).

Information Provider:

Offer details on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate guest records, update hotel systems, and prepare daily reports.

Financial Handling:

Manage cash, credit card transactions, and balance cash floats.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
