We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team!
As part of the front desk, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests -- ensuring every stay starts and ends with a smile.
Tasks
Welcome guests and handle check-in & check-out smoothly.
Manage reservations and room assignments using our PMS system.
Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and complaints.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (experience with hotel PMS preferred).
Positive attitude, grooming, and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and handle guest requests efficiently.
Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
Friendly & supportive team environment.
