- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and key control.
- Monitor and control room inventory, rates, and availability.
- Handle guest requests, including room changes, upgrades, and special requests.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest registration cards, room assignments, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Operate the Operational Software "EASY ABSOLUTE" and other front office systems.
