Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide information about the hotel, available services, local attractions, and transportation.
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Reservation & Room Management
Process reservations via phone, email, or walk-ins accurately.
Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness.
Update room availability and guest details in the Property Management System (PMS).
Billing & Payments
Handle billing, invoices, and payment transactions accurately.
Ensure proper posting of charges and maintain correct folio records.
Balance cash and credit transactions at the end of the shift.
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction and service efficiency.
Maintain proper communication logs and handover reports for the next shift.
Report any unusual incidents or security concerns to the management immediately.
