Maintain guest records, update guest profiles, and manage room assignment through the PMS
Handle payments, verify billing, and ensure accurate posting of charges.
Manage room keys, ensure security procedures, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Answer telephone calls promptly and follow proper call-handling etiquette.
