Job Description

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, city attractions, and directions. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain guest records, update guest profiles, and manage room assignment through the PMS Handle payments, verify billing, and ensure accurate posting of charges. Manage room keys, ensure security procedures, and maintain confidentiality of guest information. Answer telephone calls promptly and follow proper call-handling etiquette.
