We are looking for a well-presented and proactive Front Office Associate to manage daily front desk operations and provide exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in visa processing, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Oversee calendar management for senior leadership and schedule appointments efficiently.
Handle travel planning, hotel bookings, and itinerary preparation for employees.
Assist in visa documentation, application process, and follow-ups.
Maintain office records, visitor logs, and coordinate with internal departments.
Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment.
Manage courier handling, calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
Strong calendar management and coordination abilities.
Experience in travel and hotel bookings.
Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
