The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for our company. This includes greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the proper personnel and locations, and managing the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, employees and others in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate personnel/department
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain front desk cleanliness and orderly condition
Update appointment calendars and schedule meeting rooms when needed
Receive and notify employees of expected visitors/deliveries
Respond to basic inquiries about the company's products/services
Order and maintain inventory of front desk supplies
Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
