JOB DESCRIPTION
? Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
? Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
? Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
? Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
? Maintain accurate records of guest details, payment processing, and room assignments.
PROFILE
? Experience: Min 2-4 years. Freshers welcome.
? Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.
? Skills: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills especially in English. Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively. Problem Solver and attention to detail.
? Degree: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,707.19 - ₹33,505.44 per month
