Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
Assist visitors by guiding them to the relevant department or sales team.
Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth customer handling.
Manage customer lounge and ensure it reflects the brand standard.
Support in handling client queries and providing accurate information.
Maintain records of walk-in customers and share reports with the management team.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Pleasant and well-groomed personality.
Excellent communication skills in English
Previous experience in hospitality, Aviation customer service, or luxury retail preferred.
Confident, approachable, and proactive in assisting customers.
