Key Responsibilities



Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness Resolve guest complaints or escalate to supervisors when needed Promote hotel services and upsell amenities Monitor lobby cleanliness and maintain a welcoming atmosphere Process payments and maintain shift reports Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards
