Job Description

Olga Resorts is looking for a warm, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to be the face of our resort. This role is central to creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience--from check-in to check-out--ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude, providing prompt check-in/check-out services. Handle guest queries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and courtesy. Manage front desk operations including room assignments, billing, and payments using property management systems. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Address guest concerns or complaints with discretion and follow-up to ensure resolution. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
