Job Description

Greeting guests upon arrival, checking them in and out, distributing room keys, and providing information about hotel amenities and services. Handling online, phone, and in-person room reservations, making changes to bookings, and managing guest requests. Processing payments for room charges and other hotel services, including issuing refunds and managing deposits. Maintaining accurate records of guest reservations, check-in/out times, and other relevant information. Ensuring the front desk area is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
