We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at our hotel in Kakkanad. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous manner. Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requirements. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain guest records. Provide guests with information about the apartment facilities, local attractions, and transportation.

Requirements:



Previous experience in front office or customer service roles (hospitality experience preferred). Male candidates are preferred. Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office. Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
