Job Description

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle reservations, guest queries, and coordinate with other departments to provide a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage check-in, check-out, and room allocations. Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries. Maintain accurate records of guest details, billing, and payments. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests. Respond to guest complaints and escalate when required. Ensure reception and lobby areas remain clean and organized. Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email); knowledge of hotel PMS is an advantage. Strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Languages Known: English (additional languages will be an advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
