Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Handle check-in and check-out procedures (for hotels) or visitor management (for offices). Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required. Assist with room bookings, meeting room scheduling, or appointment management. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest or office needs. Handle cash or billing transactions (if applicable). Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Address guest or client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
