Greet guests and visitors with a warm and courteous attitude
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest queries promptly and professionally
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle billing and payment processing accurately
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a clean, organized reception area
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency in using computer systems (knowledge of PMS like Opera/Fidelio is a plus)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree/certification is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
