Handle guest check-in and check-out as per hotel standards.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure prompt handling of guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
Reservations & Administration
Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online portals.
Maintain updated records of bookings and guest preferences.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payments accurately.
Prepare daily reports for occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
Ensure smooth communication with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other service areas.
Maintain effective communication channels with the Front Office Manager.
Operations & Standards
Monitor the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to front office operations.
Maintain guest confidentiality and security of information.
Uphold grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.
Customer Service Excellence
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized services.
Handle VIP, group, and long-stay guest arrangements.
Collect guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
