We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Front Office Associate
to join our team. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Promote hotel facilities, services, and offers to guests.
Requirements:
Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
Prior experience in Front Office/Guest Relations is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (knowledge of PMS preferred).
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
