Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and handle check-in and check-out procedures
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate guest records and update hotel management systems
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
Handle billing, payments, and cash/card transactions
Answer phone calls, emails, and assist walk-in guests
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and security procedures
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as a Front Office Associate / Receptionist in a hotel
Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, eZee, etc.) preferred
Good communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred
