Responsible for handling guest check-in/check-out, front desk operations, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage check-in & check-out
Handle guest queries, calls, and reservations
Maintain records in PMS/IDS/Opera
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Manage billing, payments, and receipts
Ensure lobby cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Handle complaints politely and professionally
Skills Required:
Good communication and grooming
Customer service mindset
Basic computer & PMS (IDS/Opera) knowledge
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Qualifications:
Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
Freshers with good communication can apply
