Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
Handle reservations, billing basics, and room allocations
Respond to guest queries and resolve complaints politely
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain front office records and cash handling
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Basic computer & PMS knowledge
Professional grooming and etiquette
Qualification:
Hotel Management / Any graduate preferred
Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
