We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
Handle cash transactions, credit card sales, and other financial tasks accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
