Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting room bookings.
Assist guests with inquiries, information, and directions.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Support administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
