Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests or clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently. Handle visitor registration, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting room bookings. Assist guests with inquiries, information, and directions. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Support administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet). Customer service-oriented approach.

Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles (freshers can apply).

Work Environment



Office-based role with regular interaction with clients, visitors, and staff. Standard working hours; flexibility may be required during events or busy periods.
