Reservations:
Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and hotel systems.
Communication:
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
Financials:Process payments, verify credit cards, handle cash, and post guest bills.
Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate guest records, update room status, prepare reports, and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Problem Resolution:
Address guest complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Coordination:Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams for guest needs and room readiness.
