Handling incoming calls and managing guest reservations using specialised hotel or office software systems.
Answering phone calls, receiving messages, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Sorting mail, managing incoming correspondence, and handling other clerical duties.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
Addressing guest complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
