We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused
Front Office Associate
to manage reception duties and deliver a warm and efficient guest experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing accurately using PMS (Property Management System)
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest services
Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings (walk-ins, calls, online portals)
Ensure lobby/reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures
Handle payment transactions and issue invoices/receipts

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
