We are looking for Front Office Associate who is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and assisting with various guest needs.
Min 02 yrs Experience in a reputed Hotel.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.
Taking and managing reservations, including booking changes and cancellations.
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing keys.
Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and other services.
Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring accurate billing and processing guest payments.
Answering phones, directing calls, and maintaining clear communication with other departments.
Addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
