We have required experience Front Desk associate for hotels....
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests remotely
Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cancellations
Respond to guest inquiries via video call, phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
Coordinate with on-site staff to assist with guest needs or emergencies
Ensure all guest records are accurate and confidential
Troubleshoot common issues and escalate when necessary
Promote hotel amenities, services, and upsell when appropriate
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service or front desk experience (hospitality experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using hotel software systems (PMS), phone systems, and online communication tools
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
