4. Reservation Management: Manage room reservations, including taking reservations, modifying bookings, and cancelling reservations.
5. Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions, including processing credit card payments and handling guest billing.
6. Key Card Management: Issue and manage key cards for guest rooms.
7. Communication: Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and F&B, to ensure seamless service delivery.
8. Guest Information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest information, including registration details and payment records.
9. Hotel Procedures: Follow hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
10. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient front office operations.
