Check-out Procedures:
Process guest departures, settle bills, collect room keys, and handle any final requests.
Reservation Management:
Answer phone calls, take reservations, modify existing bookings, and confirm details.
Guest Information:
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and directions.
Cash Handling:
Accurately manage cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and balance accounts.
Guest Concerns:
Address guest complaints, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records, update guest information in the system, and follow established procedures.
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of property management systems
