Job Description

We are looking for a smart and courteous Guest Service Associate to manage front desk operations. Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and handling guest queries. Candidates with good communication skills, computer knowledge, and a customer-first attitude are preferred. Hotel Management diploma/degree is an advantage. Flexible to work in shifts.

Guest Handling



Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures promptly and efficiently. Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and directions.

Reservations & Front Desk Operations



Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Update and maintain guest profiles in the PMS (Property Management System). Allocate rooms as per guest preferences and hotel availability. Ensure accurate billing, posting of charges, and cash/credit card handling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,808.70 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
