Front Office Associate
to join our team at our Darjeeling property. The ideal candidate should have prior front office experience in the hospitality industry and be committed to delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations
Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate guest records and billing details
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Handle telephone calls, emails, and front desk communications
Ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar front office role
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with PMS
Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented attitude
Ability to work in shifts
