Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and provide prompt check-in and check-out services. Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications Manage guest accounts, process payments, and issue invoices accurately. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Upsell rooms and promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment. Monitor lobby activity and maintain security awareness. Follow all standard operating procedures, hotel policies, and safety protocols. Ensure accurate documentation and shift handovers.

Qualifications & Skills:



Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Prior experience in front office or customer service roles, ideally in a luxury or 5-star environment. Proficiency in hotelier software and MS Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset. Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
