who will be the first point of contact for our clients--both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and organized, capable of managing client interactions, coordinating with recovery agents, and supporting daily office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client calls and coordinate appointments or queries professionally.
Greet and assist visitors and clients at the office.
Maintain communication and coordination with recovery agents and other field staff.
Support administrative and documentation tasks as required.
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain office records.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day front office operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in front office, customer service, or coordination roles preferred.
