Answer and direct phone calls, and take messages when necessary.
Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, tidy, and well-presented.
Administrative and clerical duties:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Maintain and update documents, spreadsheets, and records.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
