Front Office Executive
to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and bring 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, couriers, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Provide administrative support to various departments when needed.
Maintain office records and update databases, files, and documents.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in handling customer or client queries professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
2-3 years of experience
as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Fluent in English
(spoken and written) - excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
